T. Rowe Price Adds Limited-Term Bond Portfolio to Lineup of 'II' Share Class Funds Used in Variable Insurance Portfolios.

BALTIMORE, April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- T. Rowe Price has added the Limited-Term Bond Portfolio-II to its "II" share class lineup of variable insurance portfolios, bringing the total number of funds that offer this class of shares to five. The "II" share class, which was first launched in April 2002 and is used as an investment option for variable annuity and variable life insurance contracts, carries a 12b-1 fee of 0.25.
