In response to what it sees as a growing need for high-level technology support in education, Hewlett-Packard (HP) is offering a new national help desk specifically for schools and districts serving students in grades K-12.

Targeted primarily to smaller school districts--those with fewer than 500 supported users--the HP National K-12 Help Desk provides a way to purchase user help desk support in quantities of 10, 25, 50 or 100, thus offering a more cost-effective alternative to onsite PC desk help for these smaller school districts.
