Oklahoma House of Representatives passes .08 DUI bill.(driving under the influence)

Associated Press - The Oklahoma House on Monday approved a bill to lower the legal definition of drunkenness in Oklahoma after rejecting a proposal to water it down.

The House voted 100-0 for House Bill 1750 by Rep. Larry Ferguson, R-Cleveland. The measure reduces the legal definition of being under the influence of alcohol to a blood- or breath-alcohol level of .08 percent or more. The current standard for DUI in Oklahoma is .10 percent.
