ATLANTA, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Each year, more than 200,000 women in the United States are diagnosed with breast cancer, joining two million breast cancer survivors that have overcome the disease. Today, Lowe's built the World's Largest Pink Ribbon to honor the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and breast cancer survivors worldwide. The 300 feet long and 80 feet wide, or football field sized, pink geranium ribbon stretches across the Meadow in Piedmont Park, the largest city park in Atlanta.
